Weather Adaptive Insulation™ (W.A.I.™)
W.A.I.™ is a dynamic thermal system designed to adapt to changing weather conditions, mimicking the behavior of a living organism. At its core are aerogel-filled tubes that harness the properties of the lightest solid on Earth, composed of 99% air. In cold conditions, the tubes inflate to create an insulating air layer, while in warmer conditions they deflate to reduce insulation.
