The GRAnaREC APEX is our hero midlayer, engineered to deliver adaptive thermal performance in a durable and versatile system. At its core is Weather Adaptive Insulation™ (W.A.I.), a dynamic structure that expands in cold environments to create additional insulating air pockets and relaxes as temperatures rise to release excess heat. The jacket is powered by 80 g/m² of GRAPHINSULATE™, combining graphene-enhanced fibers with aerogel-integrated insulation to maximize warmth efficiency while minimizing bulk. A futuristic (PFC & PFA free) waterproof membrane protects the insulation system while maintaining exceptional warmth-to-weight performance, supported by an internal thermal liner that improves heat management and comfort.

A fully waterproof shell shields you from rain, snow, and wet environments while protecting the insulation system inside.
Double function thermal lining
An internal thermal liner enhances heat retention in cold conditions while actively moving moisture away from the body during high-intensity movement, helping maintain comfort across changing activity levels.
Modular Hood
A detachable hood provides added weather protection when needed and can be removed for a cleaner, lighter setup.
Tough Ripstop Nylon 66 shell
The jacket features a Nylon 66 ripstop shell engineered for high tensile strength and resistance to abrasion. Its advanced polymer composition delivers long-lasting durability without adding unnecessary weight, supporting reliable performance through repeated wear and challenging conditions.

Dynamic Thermal Regulation with Aerogel: W.A.I.â„¢ dynamically adapts to changing weather conditions, mimicking a living organism. This technology uses aerogel-filled tubes that expand and contract with temperature changes. Aerogel contracts in the cold, inflating the tubes to create an insulating layer. In warmer conditions, the contrary occurs. This self-adjusting mechanism ensures optimal thermal comfort.

GRAPHINSULATE™ is a high-performance insulation system engineered from graphene-integrated fibers, aerogel-integrated recycled polyester, and advanced recycled synthetic fill. By combining graphene’s thermal conductivity and Far Infrared heat redistribution with aerogel’s ultra-low thermal transfer, the structure maximizes heat retention while minimizing bulk. The engineered fiber architecture maintains loft, structural stability, and insulation performance even in wet conditions, delivering an exceptional weight-to-warmth ratio and consistent thermal efficiency beyond traditional down or conventional synthetics.
