What Our Guarantee Covers:

• Unmatched Durability & Functionality: If any Graphene–X product fails in its core purpose—say, a jacket that no longer keeps you dry or a pair of socks that’s outlasted by a cheaper pair you’ve owned—then we’ll make it right. We’ll replace the item so it can keep delivering on its promise.
  
  
• Minor Repairs, Major Impact: Sometimes, a small fix can extend an item’s life by years. If a button pops off, a zipper pull breaks, or a simple stitch comes undone, we’ll cover the cost of a local repair with store credit. This keeps shipping emissions down, supports your local fixer, and ensures your garment stays in the field, not in a trash heap.

What’s Not Covered:

• Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Natural fading, mild scuffing, and other signs of a well-lived life in your gear are marks of your adventures, not flaws. They do not affect the functionality of your clothing.
• Misuse & Neglect: If gear is deliberately mistreated or care guidelines are ignored, it shortens the product’s life by choice, not by design. We can’t stand behind damage that could have been prevented.
