    Better than I expected

    I bought 5 white t-shirts despite my previous grey one was a bit too long and bulky. I was surprised that the white one despite being large as the grey one was a better fit. I was expecting to have to return them but now I am happy with my purchase and will keep them.

    What I wanted to give as feedback to the company for quite sometime is that in general their designs are good but not great which makes them unsatisfactory overall. I am comparing their products to similar ones from Vollebak (great company but pretty overpriced). Materials they use are pretty awesome but designs underperform. Something to think about and improve on.

    Also I was a bit taken back when I asked that I want to return an order, I was given an email with attachments explaining what steps I should follow to get a refund. I felt very unpleasant about almost like the company was trying to make it very hard for someone to get their money back. This should not be the case. It should only take a couple of clicks on a screen to return something. And if your products are really good, people will keep them anyway. Let the ones who decided they don’t want them anymore, return them as easily as possible.

    Outstanding. I don't recall the name offhand who I dealt with, but the customer service was amazing. I have a heart condition, and sometimes I forget that certain things can affect either the hardware implanted in my body, or the medication I take. I made my purchase and then discovered that graphene is and excellent conductor of electricity, and furthermore, could potentially interfere with the workings of my icd. I had no issues securing an agreement for a refund once the product was returned. As it turned out, graphene doesn't appear to be a danger to MY device, with the exception of graphene heated clothing. I ended up keeping my purchase, and it's quite comfortable. Thank you to the individual I dealt with.

    I took a guess for XXL and it's kinda oversized on me but still looks good and feels good — extra ventilation for hot weather. The cloth is very breathable, almost like mesh. Impressed with the difference laser cut makes. Definitely will buy more in XL.
